ALTERNATIVE:

2-days alternative, walking around 3 to 4 hours each day, and with 1 overnight stay in rural accommodation. This simplified route is specially intended for familiar groups or people do not used to trekking:

• 1^st JOURNEY:

El Pont de Suert


Itinerary: El Pont de Suert - Igüerri - Gotarta

Overnight stay (just 1 night): in any of the rural accommodations in the area

We leave the village of El Pont de Suert and walk through a track up for 300 m difference level until we reach the plains of Igüerri and Gotarta.

Duration:
maximum 2 and a half to 3 hours of effective walking.

• 2^nd JOURNEY:

Rural community of Malpàs

Itinerary: Gotarta - Malpàs - Ventolà - El Pont de Suert

The 2^nd day we will walk for 2 hours along a non-asphalted track or a path, -depending on customers’ preferences- until we reach the rural community of Malprs and from there back to El Pont the Suert walking through ancient path formerly used by shepherds.

Duration:
maximum 4 to 4 hours and a half of effective walking.
